Christophersen, Alfred F.
Alfred F. Christophersen, 90, of Clarence, died Saturday, March 10, 2012 in the Clarence Nursing Home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 13, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at St. John's United Church of Christ in Clarence. Burial will follow in the Clarence City Cemetery. Visitation will be held Monday, March 12, from 5 to 7 p.m. in the church. A memorial fund to St. John's videography program has been established in his memory. Alfred is survived by his wife, Marjorie of Clarence; daughter, Lauri (Roger) of Moline, Ill.; sons, Steve (Corrine) of Paducah, Ken., Roger of Clarence, Iowa, Paul of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and Todd (Michelle) of Palo, Iowa; grandchildren, Eric, Nick, Chris, Loren, Jaime, Connor and Abbie; great-grandchildren, Emily and Robbie; sister, Helen Thies of Clarence, Iowa; and brother, John of Clarence, Iowa.
