Operation Quickfind issued for Brooklyn Pitts of Marion (Canceled)
Update Monday night: The Quickfind has been canceled. Brooklyn was located safe and is now back with family.
Marion police have issued an Operation Quickfind for Brooklyn Pitts, a 9-year-old Black girl who has been missing since 7 p.m. Sunday.
She was last seen heading southbound in the 1000 block of 12th Street in Marion, wearing blue leggings and a black T-shirt with a rainbow emoji.
Police said she may be with her father, Steven Pitts, who is not currently authorized to have custody of Brooklyn.
