American Legion grateful for meeting place

Thanks to Hiawatha American Legion Post 735 for providing a meeting place for Cedar Rapids American Legion Post 727 during restoration of the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Our Cedar Rapids American Legion is again meeting in the coliseum on the third Monday of each month at 7 p.m.
Upcoming meetings include a talk by a World War II Navy veteran who served on a Destroyer Escort in the Pacific.
Welcome back, all members of Post 727 and guests.
