Invest money, land for worthy projects

The Prospect Meadows Project is a large-scale endeavor that will cost the community $9.4 million and take 121 acres of land, which could be used to potentially grow enough produce to sustain a small town.
There are concerns with how the finances are being used for this unnecessary project. The overall revenue that will be used in the creation of the Prospect Meadows structure could be used to repair damages to the community, especially damages from the Flood of 2008 that have been overlooked.
The project will create a large structure that will house 17 baseball fields. The overall cost to profit ratio is in question because Prospect Meadows foresees a $3 million income and a $2.7 million cost in expenses when it is fully operational. The overall cost-to-profit is in question, because the Prospect Meadows' profit draw is based on a theoretical profit yield.
The revenue used by the Prospect Meadows project can change lives if put into more cost-effective and community-oriented projects.
