Marion business not a good neighbor

Well, I see they are moving Marion Iron Works to Third Avenue in Marion.
I notice that all of the businesses around there look pretty good. I can't imagine they want them for a neighbor. Have you ever driven by their current location and noticed the place? It's a junkyard. It looks like a junkyard and they make no effort to shield it from the public. Why don't they move it to the back 40 of the new industrial park? No one would have to look at it then. There isn't anyone there.
Why would the people of Marion want to look at that place every time they drive by? I can't imagine it isn't infested with rats. I can't imagine the thinking of the Marion higher-ups. Locate it next door to one of them.
