Video No. 1 - Iowa senior WR Kevonte Martin-Manley
cops to having a receding hairline, something he's teammates all too happily remind him of.
Martin-Manley is the 'old” guy in the group, a fifth-year senior. This season, he's also been the WR corps' money guy, especially when it's come to third-down conversions.
Video No. 2 - Sounds like you'd better have thick skin if you're going to sit in the Iowa WR room. Here junior Tevaun Smith talks about senior WR Kevonte Martin-Manley
and some of the grief they kid their teammate. It's all in good fun, but 'grandpa” has got to hurt a little.
Smith also talked about what's made Martin-Manley a good WR. That's a big part of the senior's unfolding story.
Video No. 3 - Iowa QB Jake Rudock
explains why TDs are better than FGs. 'Obviously, we want to get 7 points, it's more than 3.”
He's confident the running game will straighten itself out.
On the injury to OT Brandon Scherff: 'The ‘next man in' motto that coach Ferentz always talks about. I'm sure Ike [Boettger]
will do a great job.”
