Bruce Braley's first priority as U.S. Senator will be to improve the lives of all Americans.
As a champion for the middle class, Braley is the choice of Sen. Tom Harkin to fill Harkin's seat representing Iowa in the U.S. Senate.
Among the many steps Braley will take for Iowans is raising the minimum wage while ensuring equal pay for equal work. He will provide tax incentives for small businesses for the purpose of job creation. Braley will support fairness in the tax code, eliminating loopholes and being sure that we all pay our share.
Braley will make college loans available to students, with the emphasis on reducing loan debt for their future. He is adamant about the idea that Social Security benefits are there for those who have earned it, without risky investments that may end up being a 'gamble.”
Braley believes that protecting our environment and being acutely vigilant in terms of the existing climate change are some of the many challenges facing us as Americans.
I am proud to be a supporter of Braley. Join me in voting for him on Nov. 4.
