So Cezar has said yes to Oklahoma State's basketball program, and no to Iowa's. Well, then what am I supposed to do with the photo of Cezar with Iowa athletic director Gary Barta?
And for that matter, what do I do with the third photo, of Barta talking to Orange Bowl committee member Larry Gautier after the Iowa-Arizona football game last September in Tucson?
