Newhouse, Janice Ann
Janice Ann Newhouse, 70, of Washington, Iowa, died Sunday, Oct. 7, 2012, at her residence following a short illness. Celebration of life services were held Oct. 8, 2012, at the Immanuel Lutheran Church. Pastor Maureen Howard officiated. Interment will take place at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at Lafayette Cemetery in rural Harper, Iowa.
Memorials have been established for the Immanuel Lutheran Church Building Fund or Retirement of Building Debt.

She is survived by four children, son, Edward Newhouse and Sheri Crockett of Colorado Springs, Colo., daughter, Ruth Newhouse and husband James Beardmore of Mooresville, N.C., son, Matt Newhouse and wife Jill of Washington, and daughter, Ann Bennett and husband James of Cedar Rapids; six grandchildren; one sister, Joan Consolver of Orlando, Fla.; and one brother, Brad Clifton and wife Lauren of Atlanta, Ga.
