Cortez care deeply about Cedar rapids

I am unable to vote for the Cedar Rapids candidates. But if I lived in Cedar Rapids as I have in the past, I would vote for Carl Cortez for the at-large seat of the City Council.
I have known Carl for many years and I know he is a man who cares deeply about Cedar Rapids. He is now and will continue to listen to the citizens of Cedar Rapids. I know he will do a good job.
