Voter ID will help protect your vote

I disagree with Lynda Waddington's view on voter identification ('We need to vote no on voter ID,” Oct. 12).
I am a young voter and support photo identification. Photo identification is very common today, we see employees wearing identification, our school children, their teachers and government employees. People's perception is that voter fraud can happen and as such we should take measures to prevent it. I value my vote and want everyone's vote protected by voter identification.
That's why on Election Day I will be casting my vote for Paul Pate who supports voter identification.
