Enough with the political gridlock

Going into the Iowa caucuses I was fearful that it would be a Donald Trump victory. When the results were posted I was relieved he did not win. I thought finally Iowans are beginning to see the light.
After hearing the New Hampshire primary results, I have since slipped back into a Trump depression. How can the citizens of New Hampshire and the rest of the United States not see through the extremely thin facade of Trump? He is making a mockery of the presidential election and the office itself.
As a registered Republican I lay the blame at the doorstep of the party itself. Americans are sick and tired of political gridlock. The Republican Party, it seems, has been the primary cause of the inertia in Washington. The sheer number of Republican candidates for the presidency is indicative of the strife within the party. Let's face it, winning an election, whether it is a gubernatorial election or presidential election, is a matter of who has the deepest pockets. With nine plus Republican candidates no one person can secure the financial backing to win an election. The Republican financial support is spread too thin.
Get it together, Republican Party, or Trump is going to be the next Republican presidential candidate and what does that say for the state of affairs in government?
