By Melissa Klett: I was home at the time of the attacks. I was getting ready to take my 4-year-old to preschool.
Like everyone I was watching Good Morning America, when they broke in and said that one of the towers was on fire. As I watched, there flew the other jet into the other tower.
In shock and disbelief, I had to get my child into town. On my way home, I had noticed jet vapor in the sky, which was strange. I thought that all planes had been grounded. Then I realized it was the president's jets that had flown over our farm. I grabbed my camera and took a picture.
That's a day that I will never forget. My youngest son was born a year and a day before this sad event. Needless to say, it is not hard to forget.
