Scherff to attend NFL draft

IOWA CITY - Iowa tackle Brandon Scherff is one of 26 NFL prospects invited to attend the NFL draft, which begins April 30 in Chicago.
Scherff, a four-year starter at Iowa, won the Outland Trophy as the nation's top interior lineman. He was a consensus All-American and a two-time all-Big Ten tackle. He stands 6-foot-5 and weighs 319 pounds. Scherff aims to be the seventh first-round draft pick - and fourth tackle - under Iowa Coach Kirk Ferentz.
