Letter: Re-elect Rod Sullivan as supervisor
Stephanie Bails
May. 5, 2016 11:22 am
Rod Sullivan has been a Johnson County supervisor for the past 12 years. Outside of that, he belongs to many community organizations and the volunteer work he does is immeasurable. His accomplishments as supervisor are numerous; the most recent of those being the passing of the Johnson County Minimum Wage Ordinance. This provided a much-needed boost to hardworking Johnson County residents whose wages have been stagnant since 2009. I applaud him for taking a stand where the state and federal governments have failed to take action.
I encourage you to go to sullivanforsupervisor.org and learn more about what he has done for our community and the lives of those who reside here. Please help me in re-electing Sullivan by voting in the June 7 primary.
