Reward being offered in Lowden copper theft

A reward has been offered after copper thefts in Cedar County.
On Monday, authorities released a surveillance image of a pickup used during one of the thefts on Jan. 19 in Lowden. Video captured the truck and the people using it, authorities said.
A reward of up to $1,000 is available for information leading to the arrest of the people involved in the theft.
