VIDEOS: Kirk Ferentz speaking at Belle Plaine High School Thursday morning

This afternoon, I'll have a column here on Iowa football coach Kirk Ferentz's appearance at Belle Plaine High and the senior student at the school who arranged the visit with persistence.
For now, here are two videos from Ferentz's talk to the BPHS kids. The first is him talking about the importance of setting goals and havingn a plan. The second is him describing his first visit to Iowa, as a 24-year-old applying for the offensive line coaching position on Hayden Fry's Iowa staff.
