Gas prices are now the highest they've been in nearly a year and a half.
Triple-A Travel says a gallon of gas in Iowa averages two-dollars and 75-cents. That's the highest mark since October 2008.
Iowa's still five cents lower than the national average.
With the start of the summer driving season still several weeks away, Triple-A estimates gas prices could top the three-dollar mark.
