Factories have place in C.R. alongside museum

This is about Penford's desire to expand in Riverside Park. Without Penick and Ford and Wilson Sinclair, there would be no Czech Village or museum, because they supplied the jobs that brought the Czech people to that area, now called Czech Village.
Cedar Rapids processes more grain than any city in the United States and possibly the world. This is what the city does well and any attempt to curtail this, in my estimation, will be a huge step backward. I see no reason why the museum and Penford cannot exist together.
