Culture lacking character, integrity

Well, the inevitable has finally happened; anybody with 'an eye to see, an ear to hear and half a brain” could have figured it out. You knew it was coming. It was never a case of 'if,” only 'when.”
After eating a 'ton of crow” and with 'egg” plastered all over their collective faces, our debased and debouched federal government was forced to 'step up to the plate” and confess to its equally debased/debauched constituency that, 'yes, Virginia,” we have a critical national problem regarding our national behavior. It”s called 'sexual assault” and it's become pandemic throughout our secular/state college and university campuses and - even more striking - in all branches of the U.S. military.
Government hearings were conducted into both institutions to figure out how this could have come about.
It probably has absolutely nothing to do with the fact that 'Generation Y” (thirty-something and younger) has spent the past 20 years indulging 24/7, 365 in non-stop, up-close-and-personal, in-your-face Internet pornography; or perhaps it has to do with 21st century American 'femme fatales” routinely appearing in public, dressed in the 'attire of harlots” and frequently 'acting the part” as well.
Or maybe it's because the vast majority of this generation has been corrupted by a godless public education system that requires its students to master the fine art of 'applying condoms to cucumbers” instead of learning the Ten Commandments.
Other cultures, which have infinitely more character and integrity than ours, would call it 'El Stupido.”
