Upper Iowa University will bring three presidential finalists to campus from April 29 to May 7, officials said Monday.
The visits will include a series of public forums to allow community members to meet the candidates and hear presentations. Names of the candidates will be announced soon, according to Bill Cook, chairman of the presidential search committee.
The search committee will recommend finalists to the board of trustees, with the goal of having a new president selected by July, officials said.
The first interviewee will be on campus April 29-30; the second, May 2-3; and the third, May 6-7. The anticipated schedule for the public forums is 3:30 p.m. on the second day of each finalist's visit in the Student Center ballroom.
