Letter: Keep ticket processing in Iowa

I would like to thank the city of Cedar Rapids for sending me a photo of my car.

This is not another editorial to argue the right or wrong of automated fundraising for the city. OK, you got me.

Rather, what irked me the most is when I licked the stamp and put it in an envelope being mailed to a processing center in Massachusetts.

C'mon man, can't you at least keep the work to process the ticket in the State of Iowa?
