Investigators will never determine the exact cause of a fire last week at a golf course clubhouse in Johnson County.
The fire at the Lake MacBride Golf Club, near Solon, burned a two story clubhouse to the ground. The fire broke out late on May 11
th
after clubhouse workers had left for the evening.
The state fire marshal's office has determined the fire was an accident. But investigators can only say it started from undetermined origins.
Solon Assistant Fire Chief Bob Siddell say not enough remained of the clubhouse to allow investigators to determine an exact cause.
