Police said two Cedar Rapids men broke into a Marion apartment to assault another man who was inside.
Christopher G. Blozvich, 22, and Derek E. Meyers, 23, both of 857 Oakland Rd. NE, have been charged with first-degree burglary after the incident Sunday afternoon at 555 Bentley Dr., No. 10.
Marion police Lt. Scott Elam said the men got inside through a screened window and assaulted Thomas Kinder inside the residence.
