New president named for Community National Bank in Waterloo

QCR Holdings has promoted Stacey Bentley to president and chief executive officer of Community National Bank of Waterloo.
The Moline, Ill.-based corporate parent of Cedar Rapids Bank & Trust recently completed its $20.1 million acquisition of Community National, which has locations in Iowa and Minnesota. The bank, which employs about 100 people, had assets of $290 million and $248 million in deposits on Dec. 31.
Bentley succeeds Josef Vich, who founded Community National in 1997. Vich will serve as vice chairman.
Bentley has been with Community National since it was formed. Most recently she served as Cedar Valley market president.
QCR Holdings also owns Quad City Bank & Trust Co. in Bettendorf, Rockford Bank & Trust Co. in Rockford, Ill., and m2 Lease Funds in Milwaukee, Wis.
