Whole Foods to open in West Des Moines

Iowa's first Whole Foods Market will open July 18, in West Des Moines.
The food store will be located in a 30,000-square-foot site in the Water Tower Place center at 42nd Street and University Avenue, the Des Moines Register reported this morning.
It will employ up to 125 workers, according to a Whole Foods official.
The Austin, Texas-based chain claims to be the world's largest retailer of organic and natural foods.
