Are Westdale, C.R. worthy of investment?

To the gentleman who suggested the group of people that won the lottery should invest their money into Westdale Mall (“Lotto winners, open a Cheesecake Factory,” Chuck Graham, June 21):
Why don't you ask Cedar Rapids why it's spent more money and left Westdale, even though people liked the government offices better there as they were easier to access.
Apparently nothing is worth saving unless it's downtown Cedar Rapids.
For some reason, places don't seem to thrive here like they do in Coralville and other areas outside of Cedar Rapids' perimeter, and you want people to invest in what could be a dead horse.
