Area districts set snow makeup days
The Iowa City, Cedar Rapids and Linn-Mar school districts have announced the makeup dates for Wednesday's snow day.
The Iowa City district will have classes on Feb. 28. The date was built into the district's calendar as a possible snow makeup day.
Cedar Rapids students will attend classes on Feb. 21, which will be an early dismissal day. This date also was established as a makeup day on the 2010-11 calendar.
Linn-Mar school district will make up its snow day on Friday, April 22, 2011. The day will be a two-hour early dismissal.
Cedar Rapids and Iowa City have set makeup days for Wednesday's snow day.
