Evelyn Lois Easley,
94, of Clintonville, Wis., formerly of Gwinn, Mich., passed away Wednesday, Oct. 22, 2015.
Evelyn was born in Elk Rapids, Mich., to the late James and Katherine McLain. In May 1946, Evelyn was united in marriage to Claire Easley and settled in Gwinn, Mich. Her favorite pastimes included square dancing, sewing, knitting, crocheting, Sudoku puzzles, chocolate and watching game shows.
Evelyn is survived by three sons, Lowell (Penny) Easley of Clintonville, Lawrence Easley of Wayne, Mich., and Leon (Cheryle) Easley of Augusta, Ga.; and two daughters, Carol (Edward) Faber of Cedar Rapids and Dorothy (Kim) Bianchi of Gwinn, Mich. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.
Evelyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Claire; brother, Versile McClain; and sister, Mildred Cole.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Oct. 27, at St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville, Wis. Burial will be Wednesday, Oct. 28, in the Holy Cross Cemetery, Marquette, Mich.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been set up for St. Rose Catholic Church, Clintonville, Wis.
