Blum’s office difficult to reach

Dear Congressman Rod Blum,
As a Representative of our State of Iowa, why is it when a person calls your office in Washington, D.C. the caller cannot even leave a message because the voice mail box is full? As a Congressman you should be listening to what we have in mind for the betterment of our district and nation.
