Edith Dvorak, 92, of Cedar Rapids, died Oct. 13, 2011, at Northbrook Manor Care Center following an extended illness.Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 17, at Cedar Memorial Park Funeral Home.The Rev. Rick Gail of First Assembly of God Church will officiate.Visitation will begin at 10a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Cedar Memorial Park Cemetery.
