Iowa went from 8-point pick to 9.5-point pick at Las Vegas Hilton in matter of minutes

Someone or ones in Vegas have dumped considerable sums on Iowa today.
At 5:07 this afternoon (Iowa time) the line on the Michigan-Iowa game went from Iowa by 8 to Iowa by 9 at the Las Vegas Hilton. Five minutes later, the Hilton bumped it up to Iowa by 9.5.
At the Stratosphere in Las Vegas, the line jumped from 8 to 9 at 5:09 p.m. (Iowa time) and from 9 to 9.5 at 5:25. The line had been Iowa by 8 since Monday.
At the Venetian, the line leaped from Iowa -8 to Iowa -9.5 in one fell swoop, at 5:01 p.m. (Iowa time).
Three different casinos, three sudden movements on the Hawkeyes line at roughly the same time. Interesting.
