Howe, Linda Foley
Linda Foley Howe, 62, of Iowa City, died Tuesday, Oct. 29, 2013. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. preceding the memorial services at 11 a.m. Friday, Nov. 1, at First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City, with a reception to follow at the church.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made in Linda's memory to First Presbyterian Church in Iowa City or Iowa City Hospice.

Linda Mary Foley was born Sept. 20, 1951, in Peoria, Ill., the daughter of John Robert and Jean Marie (Lewis) Foley. Following graduation from Academy of Our Lady High School in 1969, she attended and received her nursing degree from Illinois Central College. For over 20 years she was a nurse and administrator at OSF St. Francis Medical Center in Peoria. Following this she worked with Home Heath organizations both in Illinois and Iowa. She was married to John E. Crusen in 1971; she later married Randy Howe in 2000.
While residing in Peoria, she was a member of St. Philomena Parish. She was also an active volunteer for Teens Encounter Christ and Cursillo. Moving to Iowa City in 2007, she and Randy became members of First Presbyterian Church.
Her family includes her husband, Randy; her children, Amy Crusen (Cleveland, Ohio), Rebecca (Paul) Noel (Clermont, Fla.), Joanne (Jeremiah) Bean (Indianapolis) and John (Paige) Crusen (St. Louis, Mo.); Randy's children, Andrew (Lori) Howe (Waukee, Iowa) and John (Brandy) Howe (Moline, Ill.) ; grandchildren, Hayden Bean, Meredith Bean, Jack Noel, Natalie Noel, Lucy Crusen, John Foley Crusen, Adler Howe, Riley Howe, Ragan Howe and Owen Howe; and Linda's sisters, Cindy Foley (Walnut Creek, Calif.) and Patricia Fey (Colorado Springs, Colo.).
