Dr. John Ware, M.D., of Cottage Grove Place, Cedar Rapids, formerly of Mount Vernon, passed away Friday, April 27, 2012. Memorial Services will be held at Cottage Grove Place in Cedar Rapids at 2 p.m. Saturday, May 5.
