Norm at Northwestern
Iowa defensive coordinator Norm Parker made the trip to Northwestern this weekend.
Parker, 69, was wheeled through the press area shortly after 9 a.m. Saturday. He spoke briefly with ESPN broadcaster Chris Spielman before heading to the coaches' booth.
Parker was hospitalized Sept. 10 because of diabetic-related complications. He later had part of his right leg amputated.
