Elgin
Gladys Hackmann, 100, of West Union, formerly of Elgin, died Sunday, Oct. 15, 2017, at Maple Crest Manor, Fayette.
Local survivors are her daughter, Rachel Munger of Cedar Rapids; and a grandchild, Shawn Munger.
Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 19, at Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service, Elgin, and one hour before services at the church on Friday.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Oct. 20, at First Baptist Church, Elgin, with the Rev. Lee Boleyn officiating. Burial will follow in Elgin Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church and West Union Library.
Leonard-Grau Funeral Home and Cremation Service of Elgin is helping the family with arrangements.
