Coping with a dishonest, malevolent president is hard enough. Now Republicans want to use a tax plan to give even more power and wealth to the 'Trumps” of this nation while punishing everyone else.
Every credible analysis says that the ill conceived Republican tax bill will add over a trillion dollars to the nation's debt. Then, middle Americans will have to pay for this gift to the rich as the GOP proceeds to eliminate and gut important programs that so many depend on.
And how can the GOP be so cruel that they would include a 20 percent tax on Puerto Rican 'exports” to the U.S.? While not surprising from the party of Scrooge, this crippling hit on American citizens trying to recover from a devastating hurricane is shameless.
This matters now. Please call your Congressman and Senators Joni Ernst and Chuck Grassley and tell them to vote against this nightmarish tax bill.
