Ernst knows veterans’ needs

The Senate race between Joni Ernst and Bruce Braley is mired down in minutia while the country is in dire straits.
Braley touts his involvement with veterans. From where I stand his involvement amounts to several photo ops and not much more.
Meanwhile, he is lockstep with Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and President Barack Obama cutting the military and spending money like there is no tomorrow. The national debt has more than doubled during his eight years in Congress. The military has been cut to the bone and is close to being a hollow force like we saw in the 1990s.
Meanwhile, Joni Ernst had her 'boots on the ground” and knows what is needed for veterans and active duty personnel.
She also was in the Iowa Senate helping to pass a large tax cut for the middle class and has seen the Iowa economy outpace the national recovery from the recession.
I don't see why there is any doubt that you should vote for Joni Ernst.
