Yoder, Genevieve L.
KALONA - A Celebration of Life for Genevieve L. Yoder, 84, of Kalona, will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 25, at Sharon Center United Methodist Church in rural Kalona, with Pastor Doug Cue officiating. Burial will follow at the Sharon Center United Methodist Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 3 to 6 p.m. at Peterseim Funeral Home in Kalona. Genevieve Yoder died Thursday, Oct. 21, 2010, at Mercy Iowa City following a sudden illness.
Survivors include her three children and spouses, Robert (Pat) Yoder of Lone Tree, Richard (Cyndee) Yoder of Marion and Barbara (Richard) Frauenholz of Tipton; 10 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren, with one on the way.
A general memorial fund has been established.
