State-qualifying XC assignments released

The state governing bodies released the district/regional assignments for all classes Thursday.
State-qualifying meets are Oct. 23. The top three teams and top 10 individuals from each site advance to state Nov. 1 at Lakeside Park, Fort Dodge.
Assignments for sites with area teams are as follows:
CLASS 4A
At Cedar Falls - Cedar Falls, C.R. Jefferson, C.R. Kennedy, C.R. Washington, Dubuque Hempstead, Iowa City High, Iowa City West, Waterloo East, Waterloo West, Western Dubuque.
At Marshalltown - C.R. Prairie, Indianola, Linn-Mar, Marshalltown, Mason City, Newton, Ottumwa, Southeast Polk, Waukee.
CLASS 3A
At Manchester - Benton Community, C.R. Xavier, Charles City, Crestwood, Decorah, Dubuque Wahlert, Independence, Iowa Falls-Alden, Maquoketa, Vinton-Shellsburg, Wavely-Shell Rock, West Delaware.
At Solon - Center Point-Urbana, Clear Creek Amana, Davenport Assumption, DeWitt Central, Fairfield, Fort Madison, Keokuk, Marion, Mount Vernon-Lisbon, Solon, South Tama, Washington, Williamsburg (girls only).
CLASS 2A
At Columbus Junction - Anamosa, Camanche, Central Lee, Danville, Louisa-Muscatine, Mediapolis, Monticello, North Cedar, Northeast, Notre Dame-West Burlington, Springville-Central City, Tipton, West Liberty.
