Glaus, Ronald
Ronald Glaus, 65, of Cantril, formerly of Cedar Rapids, died Aug. 20, 2012, at home. Celebration of Life will be determined later.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette; seven children; two brothers, Kenneth (Marilyn) Glaus and Kevin Glaus of Cedar Rapids; two sisters, Sheryle (Richard) Griffith of Anamosa and Mary Rae (Don) Vinson of Cedar Rapids; 15 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Georgia Glaus; and a brother, Thomas.
Ron was with his wife for 28 years. Ron served in the Navy during the Vietnam War. He loved his family very much, as well as, fishing, his land and life.
We will miss his humor and gentle spirit.
