The University of Iowa Tuba and Euphonium Ensemble presented their annual holiday concert on the Old Capitol steps in Iowa City Friday.
The tradition of performing holiday tuba music on the Pentacrest began in the 1970s, when now-associate professor emeritus Bob Yates brought the ensemble outdoors. Manning has been conducting the group for the last twelve years.
