Wobeter, Paul Edwin
Paul Edwin Wobeter, 68, of Toledo, passed away Sunday, Aug. 26, 2012, at the Iowa River Hospice Home in Marshalltown. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 30, at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Tama. Interment will follow at St. Wenceslaus Cemetery in rural Clutier. Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 29,at St. Patrick Catholic Church with a vigil service at 7 p.m.
Survivors include his wife, Paulette of Toledo; two sons, Curt (Karin) Wobeter of Toledo, and Craig Wobeter of Toledo; three grandsons, Austin, Carson and Caiden Wobeter; his siblings, Larry (Liz) Wobeter of Montrose, Colo., Sister Celeste Wobeter of Notre Dame Sisters, Omaha, Neb., Tony (Gaylen) Wobeter of Iowa City, Leo (Linda) Wobeter of Vinton, Peter (Berleen) Wobeter of Toledo, Annie (Jeff) Brill of Ham Lake, Minn., and Debra Heil of Marshalltown; many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Kruse-Phillips Funeral Home, Tama-Toledo is handling the arrangements.
