Desaulniers, Charles C.
Charles C. Desaulniers, 63, died April 4, 2010, at St. Luke's Hospital in Cedar Rapids following an extended illness. A memorial service will be 1 p.m. Sunday, May 2, at Phillips Funeral Home in Keystone, where friends may register from noon until 1 p.m.
Charles was born Feb. 25, 1947, in Baltimore, Md., to Conrad and Nina (Seaman) Desaulniers. He was a bass tournament fisherman and a bowler. He was very passionate about both activities and will be greatly missed.
Charles is survived by his wife, Nancy Listman of Watkins; his son, Brian Philip Desaulniers of Davenport; his daughter, Charlotte Carie Desaulniers of Phoenix; his grandchildren, Daniel, Taylor and Braden; his great-grandchild, Michaela; his mother, Nina of Hawaii; four brothers and one sister.
He was preceded in death by his father.
