Monroe, James F.
James F. Monroe, 87, of West Union, passed away Friday, Aug. 16, 2013, at his home surrounded by his family. Memorial services are pending.
He is survived by his wife, Marge; daughters, Connie (Gary) Rothmeyer of Ossian, Barbara (Ron) Schuchman of Highlands Ranch, Colo., Becky Hanson of Cedar Falls and Cindy (Art) Grimes of Marion; a brother, Henry Monroe Jr.; 10 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and two stepgreat-grandchildren.
