Doris Marie Krob Buresh, born Jan. 28, 1922, quietly embraced the Lord on Dec. 17, 2013, in
El Cajon, Calif., where she had resided for eight years.
A memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014, at Morgan Funeral & Cremation Choices in Mount Vernon. A reception will follow the service.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be directed to "Mercy's Greatest Need" Fund at Mercy Foundation, 701 10th St. SE, Cedar Rapids, IA 52403; a hospice of your choice; or a favorite charity.
