When will politicians take a stand?

After 20 years, Gov. Terry Branstad should be able to offer more than 'I have a plan.” Sen. Chuck Grassley should define how he would make waterways cleaner. Joni Ernst should tell how she would fix Social Security. Tea Party supporters should explain how they will fund anything by reducing taxes on those who can afford it.
In addition, we need more federal and state government funding. Increasing funding to the Food and Drug Administration, the Internal Revenue Service, science research, medical schools, infrastructure, public education and the Environmental Protection Agency.
