Lower, Thomas 'Leonard'
Thomas “Leonard” Lower died Sunday, June 16, 2013, at English Valley Care Center in North English at the age of 89 years. Funeral Mass will be 10 a.m. Thursday, June 20, at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Williamsburg. Father Joseph Roost will preside. Burial will be at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Parnell. Visitation will be Wednesday from 4 to 7 p.m. at Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Williamsburg. There will be a rosary recited at 4 p.m. Wednesday.
A general memorial has been established.
