A slow moving winter storm will bring widespread light snow to Eastern Iowa through today and deteriorating road conditions and delays are likely.
The highest totals will be south and west of a line from Iowa City to Galesburg, where four to six inches is expected. Elsewhere, amounts will generally range between 2 and 4 inches.
