Wanda J. Moen, 84, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, passed away Monday, Oct. 17, 2016, at St. Luke's Hospital, Cedar Rapids. Service: 10 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 22, at Murdoch-Linwood Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Cedar Rapids. Visitation one hour prior to service. Private inurnment: Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids.
Wanda was born on June 23, 1932, in Ottumwa, Iowa, daughter of Isaac and Lola (Jessup) Smith. She was a cashier for 18 years at the Kum & Go store. Wanda especially enjoyed spending time with her family.
Survivors include her children, Michelle Collum of Staples, Minn., and Richard Welsh of Cedar Rapids; seven grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her parents; son, Mike Welsh; and six siblings.
